These terms form a binding agreement between NayaVid ("we", "us") and you (the user). By using NayaVid, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, logging in, or using any feature on NayaVid, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the service
  • You must be 18+ to make payments or use paid features
  • You must be legally capable of entering a binding contract

3. Account responsibilities

  • Keep your login secure — do not share your password with anyone
  • You are responsible for all activity that happens through your account
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access

4. Credits and payments

  • Payments are processed via Razorpay (an Indian payment gateway)
  • Purchased credits are non-refundable. Once purchased, credits cannot be refunded to your original payment method.
  • If an AI job fails due to our server error, credits are automatically refunded to your account balance
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST
  • We may change prices at any time — already-purchased credits are not affected

5. Acceptable use

When using the service, you agree NOT to:

  • Upload copyrighted material that you do not own or have rights to
  • Create deepfakes of real people without their consent
  • Generate illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or violent content
  • Create any inappropriate content involving minors
  • Spread misinformation or defamatory content
  • Reverse-engineer the service or abuse our APIs
  • Use spam, malware, or bots against the service

Violations may result in account suspension or deletion without notice.

6. User content and ownership

You own the videos you generate — you may use them commercially. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and deliver them solely to operate the service.

7. AI output disclaimer

AI-generated content may sometimes be inaccurate, biased, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing all output before publishing it. NayaVid does not guarantee the accuracy of AI outputs.

8. Service availability

We provide best-effort uptime but offer no SLA guarantee. The service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or third-party dependencies.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms. You may also delete your account at any time (by emailing us a request).

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, NayaVid's total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the past 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify NayaVid against any third-party claims arising from your content or use of the service (copyright, defamation, etc.).

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
