NayaVid ("we", "us", "our", or "the service") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what your rights are. It complies with India's Information Technology Act, 2000 and the SPDI Rules, 2011.

1. Information we collect

  • Account info: phone number (for Firebase OTP), email address, Google profile (if you sign in with Google)
  • Payment info: handled entirely by Razorpay — we do not store card numbers or UPI IDs
  • User content: photos, scripts, and videos you upload or generate
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device info, and language preference

2. How we use your data

  • To run AI video, voice, and edit jobs you request
  • To handle billing and track credits
  • To prevent abuse, fraud, and spam
  • To improve the service (aggregated analytics)
  • To send important account and policy updates

3. Third parties we work with

We rely on these trusted providers to operate the service:

  • Razorpay — payment processing
  • Firebase (Google) — phone OTP and authentication
  • Cloudflare — CDN and DDoS protection
  • Replicate / HuggingFace — AI inference
  • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (Mumbai) — hosting and storage

We do not sell your data to advertisers.

4. Cookies

We use only essential cookies — for your login session and language preference (hl). No third-party tracking or advertising cookies.

5. Data retention

  • Generated videos and uploaded files: auto-deleted after 30 days
  • Account info: kept while your account is active (removed within 30 days of deletion request)
  • Payment records: 7 years, as required by Indian tax law

6. Your rights

You can email us anytime to access, correct, or delete your data. We respond within 30 days.

7. Children's privacy

NayaVid is not intended for children under 13. Minimum age for payments is 18. If we learn that a user under 13 has registered, we will delete their account immediately.

8. Security

We use TLS encryption (in transit) and hash all credentials. However, no system is 100% secure — please never share your password.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. For major changes, we will notify you via the website or email. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
